If you take the time to examine and understand the many pages, links and videos, that is provided here, then you will understand that HHO or hydrogen on demand, cannot increase miles per gallon or reduce emissions.
Using electrolysis of water to produce HHO, also known as Oxhydrogen, will always require more energy from the automobile engine than the energy from the HHO can provide. Always, No Exceptions.

Hydrogen gas is highly flammable and will burn in air
at a very wide range of concentrations between 4% and 75% by volume.
Below 4% it will not ignite.

A 5 Liter V8 engine at 2,000 RPM
Can ingest as much as 5,000 Liters of air per minute.
HHO generator putting out 2 liters per minute.

That is 1.33 liters of Hydrogen & .66 liters of Oxygen.
(even at 1/2 Throttle )
Mixed with 2,500 liters of air.
